ISO Consultants for Healthcare, LLC (ICH) is the leader in healthcare quality management system consulting and improvement.  ICH was founded upon William (Bill) J. Metzcar's vision to change the face of healthcare by providing healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations and systems with solutions for improvement.

Our mission is to provide ISO9001 & NIAHOSM  interpretive guidance to influence improvement of healthcare outcomes through focused, systematic, and efficient initiatives.

We utilize the foundation of the ISO9001 standard to provide creative, system oriented solutions. Our approach utilizes your organization's existing methods then structures them in a manner that provides a strategic direction to motivate the organization toward improvement beyond previously accepted static performance.

This approach includes a well-blended knowledge and interpretation of the Conditions of Participation (COP's) which are defined in the NIAHOSM  and JCAHO requirements.  The integration of these requirements with the ISO9001 standard from a healthcare perspective is the basis of ICH's approach.


ICH has produced the only Healthcare based ISO9001 Lead Auditor course which is accredited by RABQSA and licensed through River Systems.
