Developed the first ISO9001 Lead Auditor course for
healthcare and is the exclusive trainer for DNVHC surveyors.
William has developed additional courses for healthcare
instruction for the ISO9001 standards as well as integration
of the ISO9001 and NIAHO^SM requirements. William is the
President of Business & Quality Integration, LLC a consulting
firm focused in the manufacturing sector with such notable
clients as Honda of America as well as NSF International.
William is also CEO of ISO Consultants for Healthcare, LLC
and has performed consulting services for multiple hospitals
throughout the United States for the ISO9001 standards as well as integration of the NIAHO^SM requirements into a single system for performance.

Ted has extensive experience in healthcare, operations-management, training and customer service. He has managed
a business with annual sales in excess of 40 million dollars
and is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. Ted also has
experience in such fields including chemical, service, maritime,
FAA and FDA regulated industries. He has extensive
knowledge in documentation preparation, training, auditing,
process improvement and the quality improvement process.
Ted is a lecturer on Quality Management Systems at the
University of South Alabama, Mobile, AL., the University of West Florida, Pensacola and the University of West Florida, Fort Walton Beach, FL. He has given many seminars throughout the United States encompassing all aspects of diversified ISO Standards.

While with High Plains Hospital, Joshua served as an active
member on the Quality Council, Life Safety Committee, and
Risk Management Team.
