Our workshop blends a practical approach of organizational and ISO9001 Implementation training into a hands-on workshop environment that yields the required documents for ISO9001 certification. More importantly, this workshop leads the organization through the critical analysis of their current policies and procedures to make relevant changes at the predominate point of impact.

ISO9001 Consultation

practices for healthcare organizations. Our programs can be customized to meet exactly what a client desires. This includes remote consultation, document review, or even phone conference consultation.

ICH methods are applicable to Acute Care Hospitals, Critical Access Hospitals as well as Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Our techniques are customized to meet the specific needs of the client and provide a simple yet extremely effective approach to healthcare improvement.

Through our consulting services, we work directly with our clients to create policies and procedures based upon their unique methods of operation. We do not believe in creating a single set of documents and then subsequently “shoe horn” every client into our policies and procedures regardless of their applicability. We strive to integrate ISO9001 and NIAHOM into a single complementary system of performance. This may include taking a critical view of the current policies and procedures and using a centralized approach rather than the typical "silo approach" currently found through healthcare.
