Through our consulting services, we work directly with our
clients to create policies and procedures based upon their unique
methods of operation. We do not believe in creating a single set
of documents and then subsequently “shoe horn” every client into
our policies and procedures regardless of their applicability.
NIAHOSM Consultation
ICH consultants have a unique advantage; we are experts in
systems not just standards. We strive to integrate ISO9001 and
NIAHOM
into a single complementary system of performance. This may
include taking a critical view of the current policies and
procedures and using a centralized approach rather than the
typical "silo approach" currently found through healthcare.
ISO Consultants for Healthcare, LLC has developed methods that
move our clients beyond a simple implementation of ISO9001 practices;
we
include a practical approach for integration of ISO9001 with the
NIAHOSM
requirements. We realize the individual requirements of each
standard are more effectively managed and implemented through a
common system focused on performance improvement of healthcare
outcomes.

Testimonies
- "At Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital, it has
been an
exciting journey learning and applying
the ISO criteria as we
continually get better
every day. The ISO criteria can be daunting
and
hard to understand but Bill helped us to make
the criteria
meaningful to us. We did not
recreate the wheel but instead took
what we
already doing and enhanced it in order to
move to the next
level."

- This workshop was very effective as we
were learning by doing actual tasks that move us
forward. The collaborative atmosphere fostered
significant comfort to ask questions. Their
incredible enthusiasm and experience was very
motivating. They made the process
enjoyable....and FUN! Hope they both come back
soon.
