We also provide mentoring services for our client's internal auditors. As audits are conducted, we attend each session and witness the audit practices and techniques utilized by each auditor. Our consultants evaluate your organization's auditing policy, procedures and forms and may even provide a customized survey to determine the level of confidence and value perceived from the current audit process. Our observations and survey results are blended into a training session to provide a value added critique of the audit methods, system and feedback on the perceived value, to promote continual enhancement of our clients internal audit system.
