Course Summary:
This ISO9001 Lead Auditor course includes a detailed review of the ISO9001 standard as baseline business fundamentals. The review includes interpretive information for healthcare, which brings the ISO9001 standard into the world of a healthcare professional. The course consists of 4 days that are comprised of interactive presentation, case studies, group assignments and hands on audit practice. Our ISO9001 Lead Auditor course reduces the difficult concepts of quality management into applicable techniques that can enhance current ISO9001 systems or be the critical foundation for new system implementation. This course is accredited through RABQSA as a competency based curriculum and presented in conjunction with River Systems and ISO Consultant’s for Healthcare.
